Returns

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
