1. How much does shipping cost? We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
2. How long does it take to process my order? All orders are carefully inspected and prepared for shipment from our Flagstaff vault within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
3. What is the total estimated delivery time? Combining our handling time and carrier transit, most customers receive their items within 6 to 10 business days.
4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes across the U.S. via USPS.
5. Which carriers do you use? To ensure your toys and collectibles arrive in “Gem Mint” condition, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
6. Are your TCG products factory-sealed? Absolutely. Every Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or Sports Card box we sell is guaranteed to be in its original, untampered manufacturer shrink-wrap.
7. How do you source your inventory? We source all toys and hobby boxes directly through official, verified distribution channels. We do not purchase from unverified third-party “re-sealers.”
8. Are your toys safety-tested? Yes. We prioritize child-friendly designs and only stock toys that meet or exceed standard safety and durability requirements.
9. When will my pre-order ship? Pre-orders are scheduled to ship on the official manufacturer release date. If there are any industry-wide delays, we will notify you immediately via email.
10. Can I cancel a pre-order? You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 48 hours before the official release date. Once we enter the shipping window, the order is locked.
11. What if I order in-stock items with a pre-order? To keep shipping free and efficient, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.
12. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and factory-sealed. Once a seal is broken on a hobby box or a toy’s original packaging, it is no longer eligible for return.
13. What if my item arrives damaged? While we use professional-grade packaging, accidents happen. If a box is significantly damaged in transit, contact us at +1 (928) 381-7165 within 48 hours with photos.
14. Who pays for return shipping? For “change of mind” returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, Remuneres will provide a pre-paid label.
