3. Trading Cards and Randomized Products
Certain trading card products contain randomized contents.
Unless expressly guaranteed by the manufacturer or stated on the applicable product page, purchasing a booster pack, booster box, bundle, collector product, or similar randomized product does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, character, autograph, parallel, illustration, or other collectible.
The value of collectible products may fluctuate over time. Remuneres does not guarantee the current or future resale, investment, grading, or collectible value of any product.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve the product. Inventory may change before checkout is successfully completed.
Certain products, particularly new trading card releases and limited collectibles, may have restricted quantities.
Where appropriate, we may establish reasonable purchase limits to help manage limited inventory.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your contact, billing, shipping, and payment information.
After submitting an order, you may receive an electronic order confirmation. An order may remain subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, fraud screening, and other reasonable verification procedures.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, obvious pricing errors, product availability issues, or other legitimate transaction concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are accurately displayed.
Prices may change without notice before an order is placed. Once a valid order has been accepted, subsequent price changes generally do not alter that order.

Remuneres currently provides domestic shipping within the United States only.
Our standard estimated timeframes are:

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Pre-Sale and Pre-Order Products
Certain products may be offered before their official release or availability date.
Estimated release dates are subject to change based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or other relevant parties.

10. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Products should generally be returned unused, complete, and in their original condition and packaging.
Special conditions apply to sealed trading card and collectible products. Products originally sold as sealed may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return after their factory seal or original packaging has been opened.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and provide your order number and details about the issue.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Eligible claims will be handled according to our applicable policies and legal obligations.
12. Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to request an order cancellation, shipping-address correction, or other modification, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
