At Remuneres, we know that being the first to own a new educational toy or a highly anticipated factory-sealed hobby box is part of the excitement. Our Pre-Order Policy ensures that our community of families and collectors has guaranteed access to the latest releases.
1. Reserving Your Items
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product before its official manufacturer release date. Because we source our TCG products (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, etc.) and specialized toys directly through official distribution, your reservation is secured against our confirmed allocation.
2. Payment & Confirmation
Full Payment: To secure your item, full payment is required at the time of checkout. This guarantees your place in our fulfillment queue.
Allocation Policy: We only list pre-orders based on confirmed quantities. In the rare event of a manufacturer supply cut, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Release Day Shipping: We aim to dispatch all pre-orders on the official manufacturer release date.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team in Flagstaff to carefully inspect and pack your items once they are live.
Combined Shipments: If your order contains both In-Stock items and Pre-Order items, the entire shipment will be held until the final pre-order item is released. To receive toys or cards currently in stock sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
4. Release Date Changes
Release dates are determined by the manufacturers and are subject to change. If a toy launch or TCG set is delayed, we will update the product page and notify you via email at contactsupport@remuneres.com.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Before Release: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 48 hours before the official release date.
Final Sale Window: Within 48 hours of release, items are moved to our shipping department and can no longer be canceled.
Market Policy: Due to the volatility of the TCG and hobby box markets, all pre-order sales are final once the product has officially launched.
